Bond Back Guarantee Policy

Filo Cleano offers a Bond Back Guarantee for eligible end of lease cleaning services, giving you added confidence when preparing your property for final inspection.

If your property manager or landlord identifies cleaning items that fall within the original agreed scope of work, we will return to the property and complete a complimentary touch-up at no additional cost, provided:

• The concern is reported within 72 hours of the final inspection or as otherwise agreed.

• We are provided with the property manager's or landlord's inspection report, where available.

• The property has not been reoccupied, altered, or cleaned by another party after our service.

• The reported items relate solely to the original agreed scope of work.

Our Bond Back Guarantee does not cover:

• Items outside the agreed scope of work.

• Additional cleaning requested after the original service.

• Damage, wear and tear, permanent staining, mould beneath grout or silicone, discolouration, paint defects, deterioration, or maintenance issues.

• Bond deductions relating to property damage, repairs, gardening, rubbish removal (unless included in the quotation), unpaid rent, missing items, or any matter unrelated to the cleaning service.

While we take every reasonable step to help you achieve a successful final inspection, the return of your rental bond remains subject to your landlord's or property manager's assessment. Our guarantee is limited to providing a complimentary touch-up of cleaning items that fall within the agreed scope of work.
